Shipping Policy

General Information

Scoreboard Sports is committed to your satisfaction and will do its best to get your orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed after we have received your order. This allows us to process, pack and ship your order. 

Please allow at least 1 to 5 business days for shipping on top of the time needed to process your order. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified. 

Shipping Rates and Methods

We currently offer $9.99 flat rate, ground shipping on all online orders. For expedited shipping options, you can call 877-407-3500 to see if your order applies. Additional charges will be added to all expedited shipping options.

Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled after it's been shipped, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order.

Alaska and Hawaii

At this time we cannot ship items to these destinations. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Shipping Carriers

Your order may be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will email you with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.

International Orders

We currently cannot ship outside the United States at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

P.O. Boxes and APOs

Scoreboard Sports will not ship to customers with a P.O. Box or APO. Should you place an order with the shipping address as a P.O. Box or APO, we will notify you and try to get another address to ship to. Otherwise, we cannot complete the order.

Tracking Orders

Typically it can take up to 1 to 2 business days to receive tracking information after the item has shipped.
