- Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed after we have received your order. Shipping times depend on your choice of service and your location. In some circumstances, your order may be shipped directly from the vendor.
If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified. While we try and get every order out as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee that orders with expedited shipping will arrive in the stated time. We will try our hardest to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Most expedited orders placed before 10:00am MDT will be processed by the following business day. We will notify you if any problems arise with your order.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. When you place an order, a credit card authorization takes place immediately. This authorization is a process where our system checks your card to see if funds are available to make the purchase. This is not the same as a credit card charge or settlement. This process only looks to see if you have available funds.
If the funds are available, it will place a hold on those funds until your order is charged, many times decreasing your total balance on the card. These authorizations typically last from 7 to 21 days, depending on what type of card you are using. If you have canceled your order, you should expect to see the funds released in that time period.
A credit card charge or settlement takes place as soon as your order is processed and shipped. A charge or settlement is a process that transfers the funds that were authorized on your card, thus making a payment for your order.

All credit card information is encrypted and secure between your computer and our web site using SSL technology.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view any current and past orders by logging into your account. Simply click the Log in link to visit your account dashboard. Then click "My Orders." You can then view all current and past orders.
- Tracking Orders
- Many orders will ship to you directly from our warehouse. Some items may ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Please note that if we ship your item you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as we ship your order. If your item has shipped from the manufacturer, you will receive an email from us with tracking information once they have shipped the order to you. This may take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to receive. Please note that our vendors use various shipping carriers and you may receive multiple shipments from different carriers. In this case, your order may be shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information by logging into your Account Dashboard by clicking the "Log In" link. Here, you can change your payment information, address and personal info.
